Team Hud’s Positive Steps weight loss initiative is a six week programme designed to help you lose weight. There are only a few places left and the first course will run from week commencing Monday 7 April.

If you sign up to the Positive Steps programme, you will receive:

  • Fitness tests
  • A Wellness key to track your exercise progress during the programme
  • A nutritional folder providing information on your food groups
  • A personalised exercise programme 
  • Professional support throughout
